Оформление неплохое. Красивая мягкая обложка, но серые страницы. Книга о том как девушка журналист и писатель пытается изменить свою жизнь с помощью нескольких self-help книг. некоторые из книг я тоже читала, было интересно сравнить впечатление и эффект. некоторые книги совсем не знакомы,но автор вынесла из них полезн...
